when was hiking invented

Flashlights, lanterns, sleeping bags or blankets, pillows, pots and pans, utensils, cooler, rain gear, folding chairs, campfire wood are all essentials for a great camping trip. By taking a hiking trip you are also able to go to destinations that are remote or hard to get to, making your hiking trip an adventure that won t easily be forgotten.

Spiked soles that clamp to the soles of your boots, called crampons are required for keeping traction on the ice. Things to bear in mind include rapid changes in the weather the weather may be fine and sunny, although cool, when you leave to hike to your destination and within minutes a winter storm can blow up. What you need to carry with you and the type of camping gear necessities you may need depends on the nature of the campsite, weather conditions, duration of the trip and how you are traveling as well.

These things will provide you with some of the necessities while hiking. Not only because you hiked to the top, but once there you are usually rewarded with a view that isn't possible anywhere else. If you do not have a tent you may be able to build a snow shelter for protection, however, you'll want to practice building a snow shelter before you actually need to spend a night in one during a winter hike.

Do a little research online, read reviews and shop around. Keep your back pack as light as possible and enjoy your trip.
