when did hiking begin

It is important not to over load your back pack with unnecessary items you do not actually need. Some people prefer climbing and hiking through fast routes and short distances whereas others like climbing longer rock faces.

There are places to hike in every state and it is pretty easy to find info on-line these days. There are a wide variety of campsites all over the country in every state and area. Be sure to stretch before you go hiking and take break often.

First Aid Kits are readily available, pre made, in pharmacies and outdoor sporting goods stores. You will also want to take some time and research things like stoves and lamps before beginning camping. Once you are out on the trails, you and your feet will appreciate the choice and the extra money spent.

Think over what you need very carefully before taking your hiking trip. The possibilities are endless, so get out there.
