hiking in southern oregon

Regular bicycle rides are also a fast way to boost your aerobic capacity to prepare for a hiking trip. How often do you get outdoors to go camping or hiking?

Mountain climbing experiences are unpredictable. Yes, blisters are a discomfort but poor quality boots can cause problems far worse. I admit hiking can be very tough on your legs and back and I have almost not made a few of my hikes.

To prepare for a hiking trip, sometimes I train on a bike as it uses a lot of the same muscles you use when hiking uphill. In that sense you can keep your camp closer together around it. A good flashlight always comes in handy especially at remote locations.

You have to experience a great camping trip to understand, but it will give you an entirely new view of the world, Mother Nature and your life. Try to bring as much bottled water with you as possible.
